How to make Indian CDC without Experience or pre sea training?

Following procedure of Indian CDC making:-

1 Qualification - 10th pass certificate

2- Medically fitness certificate approved by DGS.

3- STCW+STSDSD Course copy approved by DGS.

4- Indos Number copy

5- All STCW certificate must be approved by DGS and updated in Master checker.

6- Passport size photo and Signature must be updated in Seafarers profile.

7- Fee 700 Indian rupees non refundable + Bank charges.

8- Passport copy

9- All documents must be original scanned
10- After successfully submitted application to (www.mmd.gov.in) and signed application form with date and place and uploaded all docs as per required by DGS site.
11- CDC procedure to making period is 45 days.
12-After got CDC PLEASE Contact on WhatsApp for further job.
